★★★★★Could not have asked for a better experience. Brought my snowblower in for repair and I recommend you do too! I was given a very accurate timeline of when to expect my machine back and when additional service was needed, they did not hesitate. Bill went above and beyond to ensure my snowblower was literally good as new and all for a very reasonable price. Their entire team is incredibly friendly and ready to help. I immediately trusted I was in good hands. Look no further, this is absolutely the place to go for repair, and of course, your hardware needs.
★★★★★I absolutely love this place! They have a great selection of rentals, hardware supplies, and an amazing staff that is beyond helpful and friendly! I go here almost weekly for any hardware supplies i need. A few months ago i made so many stops here trying to get my pipes changed out in the house, i went here just the other day for new address numbers for the front of the house, and today i will be going back as i need some caulk and couple other small things.
★★★★★Bill, one of the mainstays at Alger hardware, if not the main guy, gave me so much valuable advice when I was replacing my water heater. Not only does this store have just about every specialty piece that you might need, but the level of knowledge and willingness to help you out sets these guys above and beyond. This is the kind of service and knowledge that kept generations before us loyal to a single hardware store. You can't go wrong.
★★★★★A fantastic resource for our community. A hardware store that provides support and guidance is a refreshing holdover from the pre-big-box era when service mattered. Alger Hardware & Rental has a decent selection to go with their superior service. And you can even get an ice cream cake on the way out!
★★★★★Great Hardware store, layout and signage are great and very helpful staff
